About TScratch

TScratch is a micro-controller-based module that:

  1. 1. Allows users to get started on real-world applications
  2. 2. Provides an easy learning platform for students of all ages and coding ability
  3. 3. Bridges the gap between ideas and reality; quick and easy product prototyping

Singapore is fast on-track to becoming a Knowledge-Based Economy (KBE) to stay competitive in the global economy. Technology is one of the main focuses, with schools quickly taking up technology as a learning aid. At the same time, there is a growing need for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking, especially in the technological sector.

TScratch was developed to fill in these niches. Not only is it a fun, easy way to learn coding; you also get to immediately apply it to real projects, with real-world uses. If you have an idea for a great product, TScratch is the perfect prototyping tool for the budding makers out there, to bring your product to life. TScratch is powered by Arduino, the open-source hardware and software system used globally. For those new to coding, TScratch is compatible with mBlock and Scratch for Arduino (S4A), which combines a simple drag-and-drop block interface with Arduino, making coding even more accessible to students. For those looking to expand even further, T-Scratch is compatible with existing educational products such as LEGO Mindstorms EV3.

TScratch is proudly developed by and for educators and students in Singapore. T-Scratch is the perfect building block for creating the next big thing. Happy TScratching!
