To cap off a busy school year, Bendemeer Secondary School invited us to conduct a T-Saber workshop for their Secondary 2 students! Conducted over 3 days (19, 23-24th October), students got the opportunity to solder parts, program, and assemble their own lightsaber!
The students were given a quick introduction to Arduino IDE and T-Scratch to help them prototype and test the programming for their T-Saber.
They also soldered their own T-Sense (button) components as a personal touch.
Finally, students got to take home their T-Saber; the product of 3 days of hard work!
Inspired? Interested? Try the project for yourself! Click here to be directed to the project page where you can download the files you need to create your very own T-Saber!
Thank you, Bendemeer Secondary School!
